Savore Candles — Return & Refund Policy

At Savore, every candle is crafted one at a time with care and precision. We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to love every piece you receive.

Returns

Because each candle is hand-poured and often made to order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or scent preference. However, if your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit.

Refunds

Once your return or claim is approved, you may choose one of the following:

  • A replacement candle of the same scent and style (subject to availability)

  • A store credit toward your next Savore purchase

  • A full refund to your original payment method if the product is unavailable

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once approved.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used candles or those that have been lit

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us at hello@savorecandles.com.

Shipping Returns

If a return is authorized, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Please do not send any products back without prior approval.
