Savore Candles — Shipping Policy

At Savore, every candle is hand-poured, wrapped, and prepared with care to ensure it arrives as beautifully as it left our studio.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
During holidays or high-volume seasons, processing may take up to 7 business days as each candle is poured and packaged by hand.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.) – 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping – 2–3 business days (available at checkout)

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100

All orders ship via trusted carriers such as UPS or USPS, depending on your location and shipping selection.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your candle’s journey from our hands to yours.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact hello@savorecandles.com for availability and rates.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@savorecandles.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the packaging and candle. We’ll gladly send a replacement or offer store credit.
Savore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery, but we’ll always do our best to help resolve the situation.

Preorders & Limited Editions

Some candles are released as limited editions or seasonal preorders. These items will include estimated ship dates on the product page. Please note that ordering preorder items alongside in-stock items may delay your full shipment.

Savore Candles — Return & Refund Policy

At Savore, every candle is crafted one at a time with care and precision. We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to love every piece you receive.

Returns

We really want you to be happy with your candle. if your candle arrives damaged or defective, or you simply are not pleased with the fragrance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit.

Refunds

Once your return or claim is approved, you may choose one of the following:

  • A replacement candle of the same scent and style (subject to availability)

  • A store credit toward your next Savore purchase

  • A full refund to your original payment method if the product is unavailable

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once approved.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us at hello@savorecandles.com.

Shipping Returns

If a return is authorized, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Please do not send any products back without prior approval.
